Following your purchase, a representative from the Charlotte FC Premium Seating Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and Charlotte FC will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Bank of America Stadium.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

No. Per terms and conditions, there are no refunds and all suite sales are final.

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Charlotte FC representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of match day (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium. If you elect not to purchase in-suite catering, you will still be responsible for the cost of a suite attendant.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Please refer to your suite reservation to see if additional tickets are available for purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Charlotte FC Representative to complete the transactions.

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

Children 12 months and younger will not require a ticket for entry. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a match with younger children.

Your suite ticket will also provide access to the Silver Club Lounges, located on the 300 level as well as the lounges located on the 400 level of Bank of America Stadium.

Your suite will include access to premium parking passes. A Charlotte FC representative will provide you with the specific details.

Suites will open an hour and a half prior to kickoff.

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-match food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor).

Yes, gratuity is customary.
